• Real-world experience building generative AI apps end to end.
• Experience with prompt engineering, evals, and vector retrieval.
• Strong full-stack skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Backend logic, data models, APIs, and system design exposure.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data (SQL, transcripts, docs).
• Customer-focused product instincts and quality-first mindset.
