Senior Staff Information Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and security across AWS and on-premises/in colocated facilities.
• Provide senior technical leadership and define secure patterns, controls, and scalable security
• Act as technical authority for complex security architecture across infrastructure, platform, and
• Drive risk reduction through systemic security programs across cloud, on-prem, and connectivity.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, SRE, and Infrastructure to embed secure-by-design principles.
• Mentor engineers and communicate security risks clearly to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in security engineering, cloud security, and security architecture.
• Hands-on security in AWS with IAM, network, encryption, logging, monitoring, secrets management
• Experience securing on-premises, data-centre, or colocation infrastructure; strong enterprise
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD security, containerised environments, and
• Proficiency with Python or Go; ability to design automated security controls.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling to improve security workflows and threat modelling.
