🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or
10+ years in supporting complex engineering labs or technical infrastructure.
5+ years of technical leadership or people management experience.
Experience designing/building engineering labs from concept to deployment.
Strong understanding of lab infrastructure: power distribution, network architecture
Experience managing equipment lifecycle, maintenance, calibration, upgrades, modernization.
