🎯 Requirements

Multi‑team technical leadership and platform strategy design.
Strong Java programming experience and CS fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, OOP, SQL).
Hands-on with Spring / Spring Boot and ORM frameworks.
Experience with databases (RDBMS, NoSQL) and designing APIs for large-scale, low-latency data
Experience in client-server, cloud-hosted environments; strong analytical and problem-solving
Mentor Staff/Senior engineers; drive architectural standards and best practices.
