Senior Staff Product Manager - Last Mile (e-commerce)

📋 Description

• Own Last Mile product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap
• Lead enterprise/customer discovery and validate needs
• Translate strategy into requirements for Eng/Design
• Coordinate delivery, manage dependencies and trade-offs
• Mentor PMs and raise product craft standards
• Operate as product owner for last-mile delivery experience

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 10+ years PM leadership, enterprise SaaS
• Experience building roadmaps driven by customer needs
• Executive-facing communication and sales cycle involvement
• Strong interpersonal skills across orgs
• Autonomy and ability to context-switch between details and strategy
