Senior / Staff Program Manager, Verification and Validation Operations

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional programs across autonomy, product, infra, engineering, and safety.
• Drive operational efficiency across engineering, field service, and operations.
• Partner with System Design & Mission Assurance to define & test requirements.
• Champion AI/data-driven tools; build centralized field reporting.
• Lead monthly business reviews; translate signals into leadership recommendations.
• Define and track operational metrics; determine what to measure and why.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, OR Ops Research/Management, or STEM.
• 10+ years in program management blending technical depth with ops.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale cross-functional programs with impact.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity; structure undefined problems and build frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across engineering, product, and operations.
• Deeply data-driven; validate metrics and apply AI tools (Gemini, Claude, MCP APIs).
