📋 Description

• Strategic advisor to senior Engineering and Product leaders
• Translate business priorities into people strategies that drive performance and talent
• Partner across People Experience to deliver scalable org design, workforce planning, and leadership
• Lead people work in mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations
• Protect critical talent and maintain business continuity during integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field
• 12+ years HRBP experience in technical orgs (Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Platform)
• Proven partnership with VP/Director-level leaders on people strategies
• Deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and leadership
• Experience with M&A due diligence, integration planning, talent assessment, retention, and
• Strong data-driven, analytical approach and stakeholder management
