📋 Description

Platform engineers handling app lifecycle at ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain the server-side JavaScript engine powering custom apps, workflows, and
Optimize execution engines, memory management, and performance at the systems level.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in Java or similar OO language; 5+ years in compiler/runtime or language execution
Experience integrating AI into software development workflows and automation.
Strong knowledge of compiler/runtime systems: execution engines, memory management, concurrency
Advanced data structures, algorithms, OO design, patterns, and performance/scale considerations at
Passion for JavaScript and the Web; experience with UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue).
Experience developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing relational databases.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range: $171,900 - $300,800, plus equity where applicable, and bonus/OTE structures
Health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time away, family leave
Compensation varies by geographic location and may include location-based adjustments.
