Senior Staff Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical vision and architecture for backend systems powering experimentation
• Architect and evolve high-throughput distributed systems and APIs that ingest, process, and serve
• Head foundational platform investments and data infrastructure to unlock new product capabilities
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product engineers to productionize statistical
• Lead complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end from problem framing to implementation and

🎯 Requirements

• BS / BA or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in software engineering with expertise in backend and distributed systems at scale.
• Strong foundation in Python, Java, or Go with fluency in modern frameworks and large-scale system
• Experience designing, building, and operating high-throughput, data-intensive distributed systems
• Proven technical leadership across cross-pillar initiatives and ability to influence architecture
