🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building backend/infrastructure
• Deep Python or Go expertise (ideally both)
• Experience with large-scale systems design
• Comfort with ambiguity and novel problems
• Distributed systems, async programming, event-driven architectures
• OpenTelemetry, tracing, metrics, and observability
