📋 Description

• Own technical direction for Expeditionary autonomy across V-BAT and X-BAT
• Define long-term strategy for mission autonomy and interfaces
• Collaborate with Aircraft, Autonomy Capabilities, Perception, and GCS teams
• Lead architecture reviews and engineering standards
• Mentor senior engineers and shape hiring
• Guide deployments and mission validation in operational contexts

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Expert C++ and Linux development
• Experience defining technical strategy across teams
• Proven experience solving complex systems integration
• Mentoring experience and ability to obtain SECRET clearance
