📋 Description

• Develop and field autonomy software solutions onto unmanned platforms across domains (air
• Own technical direction across multiple programs, driving autonomy reference implementations and
• Collaborate with Autonomy Capabilities, Perception, and external platform integrators to deploy
• Mentor senior engineers and team leads; influence cross-team rigor and process improvements.
• Drive cross-functional design reviews, architecture docs, and post-mortems to raise the engineering
• Manage pre-deployment readiness, hardware/software compatibility, and mission readiness with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/EE/ME/AE or equivalent experience; extensive related experience.
• 10+ years with Bachelor's, or 9+ with Master's, or 7+ with PhD; equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in C++ for real-time/latency-sensitive systems.
• Proficiency in Linux development; embedded systems, scripting, diagnostics.
• Familiarity with middleware/pub-sub/IPC (DDS, message buses).
• Hands-on experience with unmanned/autonomous demos, field tests, and simulation environments.
