📋 Description

• Scale up our business by designing, building, and supporting easy-to-use React/Typescript
• Set standards for accessibility and design system use
• Make and implement technology decisions that support business needs without compromising security
• Enhance existing systems to add new functionality, and to improve performance, stability, quality
• Advocate for high standards; limit the growth of technical debt
• Build deep user empathy and maintain a user-centric mindset

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience building, shipping, and supporting web applications, including 5+ years of
• Independently delivered a small web app or feature in a larger app
• Excitement about React, TypeScript, and potentially Electron
• Autonomy and strong collaboration in a team environment
• Willingness to contribute quickly in a fast-moving startup
• Curiosity to explore across domains and learn new things
