📋 Description

• Own the client-side architecture for growth flows: acquisition, referral, virality and rewards.
• Design and evolve the mobile attribution system with MMPs and ROI evaluation.
• Build and optimize growth infra: funnel instrumentation and experiment frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product, BD, and local markets to translate goals into data-backed proposals.
• Drive technical decisions on growth infra with clear trade-offs and evidence.
• Apply AI coding tools to build repeatable personal AI development workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience shipping production systems at scale.
• Deep familiarity with mobile growth, referrals and client-side conversion flows.
• Strong expertise in mobile attribution design: MMPs, anti-fraud, ROI.
• Proficient in AI-assisted development and personal AI workflows.
• Data-driven mindset: funnels, instrumentation, metrics-driven decisions.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Product, BD, and local markets.
