Senior Staff Software Engineer, Perception (R4985)

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy ML models for autonomous perception systems
• Collaborate with ML researchers, autonomy engineers, and platform teams
• Translate AI capabilities into production-ready systems for defense customers
• Balance model performance with robustness and efficiency
• Work across vision, VLM, and VLA model areas for perception tasks
• Contribute to data pipelines, SFT workflows, evaluation, and deployment infra

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 9 years
• Mastery of machine learning fundamentals
• Production experience training and deploying CV ML models
• Strong understanding of 3D vision problems/algorithms
• Experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
• Deploy models with TensorRT and ONNX
