📋 Description

• Lead technical capture and pre-sales for X-BAT and V-BAT in India, as in-country technical lead for
• Align Shield AI product roadmap with Indian MoD operational requirements.
• Cross-train in Shield AI products to support integrated solution discussions.
• Manage multiple engagements, RFIs, and proposal development in a fast-paced environment.
• Interface with BD, Engineering, Operations, PM, and Product Management to ensure customer needs are
• Develop high-quality, compliant proposals to maximize win probability.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical sales, capture, engineering, or program management in defense/aerospace.
• Familiarity with Indian MoD procurement and military structures.
• Experience with major defense primes supporting tactical aircraft or UAS programs.
• Strong systems-level understanding of aircraft design tradeoffs and CONOPS.
• Bachelor’s in engineering, applied science, or related field; excellent written/verbal
