Senior/Staff Technical Program Manager - Autonomy Behaviors

📋 Description

• Own and drive Zoox's most complex, cross-organizational AI/ML programs spanning multiple teams and
• Translate ambiguous corporate strategy into structured roadmaps, resolving conflicting priorities
• Define and track program-level metrics, surface systemic risks with data
• Present program status and recommendations to senior leadership
• Build and scale TPM practices, tooling, and processes; mentor other TPMs
• Collaborate across software, hardware, vehicle engineering, product and beyond

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in CS/engineering or equivalent experience
• 10-12+ years in engineering program management across multiple orgs or senior stakeholders
• Deep experience with AI/ML, autonomous vehicles, computer vision, reinforcement learning, simulation
• Proven ability to resolve high-ambiguity risks and gain senior leadership alignment
• Experience scaling program management processes, strategy, and tooling
• Excellent written and verbal communication with both engineers and executives
