📋 Description

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of complex software releases for the Hivemind Enterprise
• Lead major initiatives building out simulation-based test automation for autonomy software
• Oversee large test operations from CI through HIL and flight test
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer engagement to define scope and
• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in CS or related field with 8+ years in Program/Engineering Management or Software Test
• Experience testing complex software and integrated HW/SW systems
• Experience release management and software test operations
• Track record of driving results and not just status updates
• Strong foundations in test engineering and software development lifecycle optimization
• Ability to analyze efficiency and prioritize remedies with cost-benefit insight
