Senior Storage Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement and manage storage infrastructure (SAN, Object Storage).
• Ensure performance, availability and reliability of storage systems.
• Capacities planning and forecasting for future needs.
• Develop backup, replication and disaster recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with Platform Engineering on upgrades, migrations, integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years Linux systems administration focused on storage (Ceph).
• Proven experience with enterprise storage (Purestorage, NetApp, EMC, Dell, IBM, Hitachi).
• Expertise in RAID, LVM, NFS, iSCSI, multipathing, filesystems (ext4, XFS, ZFS).
• Hands-on with storage systems and clustering tech.
• Shell scripting; Python, Puppet or Ansible; virtualization (VMware or KVM).
• Cloud storage familiarity (AWS S3, EBS).
