Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist - Americas (West)

📋 Description

• Manage and execute end-to-end implementation of Ashby’s solution for new customers.
• Work with Strategic (Enterprise) customers to develop and run implementation plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely value delivery.
• Operate in a remote-first setting with travel <10% as needed.
• Focus on strong customer experience and onboarding success.
• Collaborate with CS, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in complex B2B SaaS implementations and onboarding.
• Strong project management and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Technical proficiency with configurable SaaS products; ATS/Ashby experience a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Change management, best practices, and data-driven problem solving.
• Cross-functional collaboration and coaching mindset.
