Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, Indirect

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for indirect spend: Professional Services, Software/SaaS, IT
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across categories to enable rapid growth
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations
• Establish supplier performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Support infrastructure expansion and procurement optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement within high-growth or technical environments
• Strong experience managing indirect spend (Professional Services, Software/SaaS, IT, Facilities
• Proven ability to build sourcing strategies and procurement processes in startup/scaling contexts
• Strong negotiation and supplier management with complex contracts
• Cross-functional partnering with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and Legal
