📋 Description

• Senior Design Strategist or Strategist; Program Manager role to lead design strategy efforts.
• Partner with clients to translate challenges into human-centered design outcomes.
• Lead and execute design strategy, content strategy, and storytelling initiatives.
• Drive change management and organizational transformation efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive-level clients.
• Develop executive-ready materials to support decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in strategic communication, public affairs, program management, or strategy development
• 7+ years program/project management with Agile familiarity
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Government contracting experience
• PMP preferred
