Senior Strategy and Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Role focuses on collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to guide annual planning
• Develops KPIs to improve decision-making for sales planning, compensation, and territory planning
• Creates standardized and custom reports across multiple business applications
• Supports forecasting cadence and data-driven insights for leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative business analysis, forecasting, and finance/cost accounting
• Systems integration experience (Palantir Foundry, SFDC, NetSuite, other GTM apps)
• Strong communication and ability to present to stakeholders
• Analytical, detail-oriented with ability to build data-driven applications
• Ability to perform complex analysis (regression, forecasting, probability modeling)
• FAA Part 107 certification encouraged/required for some roles

• Base salary range $140,000 - $165,000 plus equity
