• Stand up EliseAI's government affairs and public policy strategy from 0→1
• Build relationships with housing authorities, government agencies, regulators, and public-sector
• Monitor and translate legislative/regulatory developments into internal guidance
• Represent EliseAI with policymakers and industry coalitions; author policy documents
• Advise product, legal, and leadership on regulatory risk and opportunities
• Represent EliseAI in industry associations and coalitions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory strategy
• Strong command of housing/technology policy; familiarity with AI/data-privacy or LIHTC/Section
• Established relationships with housing authorities, agencies, or regulators
• Proven track record from 0→1 with no predefined playbook
• Exceptional written/verbal communication; ability to author policy positions
• Analytical, with ability to translate policy to product/commercial implications
