📋 Description

Own recurring CS operating cadences; track priorities, risks, follow-ups
Monitor brand performance and operational health for trends and blockers
Analyze data to provide actionable insights to CS, Sales, leadership
Maintain trackers, dashboards, reporting end-to-end with QA and data hygiene
Produce recurring business, revenue, churn, and portfolio reporting
Support onboarding workflows and coordinate cross-team follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

Experience in CS Ops, CS, Operations, or Revenue Ops
Strong analytical skills with reporting and operational data
Experience owning end-to-end recurring processes and cadences
Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actions
Experience with dashboards and reporting tools
Track record of improving workflows via automation and QA
