📋 Description

Assess HV battery supply quality, drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with Powertrain Eng and Sourcing on supplier selection
Support manufacturability of HV designs and scale production
Review PPAPs with strict HV safety tolerances
Issue 8D corrective actions and support resolution
Ensure safe handling/storage/transport of HV systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechatronics/Mechanical Eng
3+ years in Quality/Supplier Quality in auto/aerospace/medical
NPI experience and quality systems improvements
Experience with laser/UW welding, potting, EOL tests
Problem solving: Six-Sigma, 8D, Pareto, DOE, ANOVA
Tools: PFDs, FMEAs, PC Plans, SPC, MSA, Process Capability
