📋 Description

• Architecture review and reconstruction of payment systems, cross-border modules, risk controls.
• Technical architecture planning for cross-border payments and multi-region compliance.
• Product and technology collaboration to translate business needs into technical plans.
• Build an efficient R&D system: specs, tools, automated testing and deployment.
• Technical risk control: high availability, security, and disaster recovery planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related; 5+ years in payment system architecture.
• Experience in payments/fintech; cross-border channels (SWIFT/CIPS); AML/KYC familiarity.
• Strong distributed systems expertise: microservices, high concurrency, caching, queues.
• Java proficiency; Spring Cloud or Dubbo; MySQL/Redis/Kafka/RocketMQ; Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cross-team collaboration and execution with product and RD teams.
• PCI DSS and payment security standards knowledge; security architecture design.
• Preferred: cross-border licenses and channels experience (SWIFT, CIPS, PayPal, Stripe).
