📋 Description

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage IT system infrastructure and related processes.
• Support day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network
• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Communicate status to agency management and internal customers; support dispatch system and
• Configure and manage Linux, Unix, and Windows OS; install/load OS software and improve

🎯 Requirements

• Provide support for IT systems; Tier 1 and Tier 2 issue resolution
• Manage daily activities of IT systems configuration and operation
• Assist users in accessing and using IT systems
• Capable of working with Linux, Unix, Windows; OS config and network component config
• Support escalation communications to management and customers
• System optimization, capacity planning, troubleshooting and SOA awareness
