Senior Systems Analyst (Robotic Algorithms and Control)

📋 Description

• Design, development, and support of new products in the daVinci Surgery product line.
• Focus on tele-robotic motion control, robotic manipulator control, interaction behaviors, and
• Cross-functional work across electrical, mechanical, software, control, UI, and safety engineering.
• Provide early design input, prove out designs, and solve complex system integration and motion
• Support product lifecycle from design through manufacturing with highest quality and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of classical and modern control theory with hands-on experience in
• Experience with robotic manipulation algorithms, including learning-based/ML approaches.
• Strong embedded C/C++ and system integration experience (hardware + firmware/software + mechanisms).
• Mechatronic systems intuition, attention to detail, and ability to drive solutions to completion.
• Ability to work in a high-energy team with strong written and verbal communication; capable of
• Passion for product quality and continuous improvement.
