Senior Systems Designer, EPD

📋 Description

• Design and own workflow and hierarchy across engineering, product, and design in Jira
• Ensure Jira reflects real practice, and vice versa
• Build agents and automation to run the system, with AI as part of your work
• Drive adoption across teams through artifacts and clear instruction
• Understand delivery breakdowns at the mechanism level and address root causes
• Collaborate with teammates growing into more technical work

🎯 Requirements

• Experience designing systems, workflows, and automation in cross-functional environments
• Strong familiarity with Jira and automation tooling
• Ability to leverage AI in tooling and processes
• Excellent communication and change management skills
• Proven track record shipping impactful internal platforms or tools
