🎯 Requirements

4+ years in systems engineering or technical lead in deep-tech sectors
Breadth across electrical, thermal, software controls, and hardware
Experience managing hardware requirements from concept to scale-up
Experience with requirements management and DFMEA
Strong collaboration and cross-functional leadership
Curious, pragmatic problem-solver; able to navigate ambiguity
