Senior Systems Engineer (Mobile Device Management)

📋 Description

• Role focused on endpoint and patch management for Grab employees (Level 2 and 3).
• Work with MDM tools like Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, Google MDM.
• Manage OS patching, application lifecycle, and hardware/software deployments.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps; lead end-to-end endpoint deployments.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide Level 2 & 3 IT operational support and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years in Endpoint Management across Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android.
• MDM expertise with Jamf, Workspace One, Intune, JumpCloud, Google MDM.
• Experience with MECM/Intune and Windows Autopilot; OS and app patching.
• Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python); familiarity with AI-assisted
• Strong troubleshooting, change/incidence management, and ITIL familiarity.
• CI/CD knowledge (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) is a plus.
