Senior Systems Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans for new products across hardware, firmware, software, and system
• Test and troubleshoot electromechanical products to determine root cause.
• Validate complete Cricut systems, including device behavior, app-device communication, and
• Analyze test data and manufacturing trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Support EVT, DVT, MPQ, and milestone readiness activities.
• Lead or support 8D investigations, CAPA actions, and corrective/preventive actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• 8+ years in product quality, hardware test, reliability, or related fields.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electromechanical products across hardware, firmware, and
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, CAPA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, DOE, gage R&R.
• Strong data-analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in South Jordan, Utah, Monday through Friday.
