📋 Description

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and long-term talent
• Provide consultative advice on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, market conditions, sourcing
• Develop tailored recruiting strategies for both high-volume and specialized roles.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities, evolving business needs, and shifting talent markets.
• Conduct candidate screenings and structured interviews, and provide clear, well-supported

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting commercial or sales talent within SaaS, technology, or insights
• Experience recruiting across Latin America; North America is a plus.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior
• Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search, LinkedIn, talent mapping, and creative recruiting
