🎯 Requirements

5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in global or multi-site settings
Proficiency in Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong sourcing and structured hiring process knowledge
Independent, self-directed with excellent time management
Clear communication across time zones and teams
Data-driven approach to track and improve processes
