Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps) and Technology
• Partner with GTM, Technology and other leaders to understand headcount plans, role requirements
• Build and execute sourcing strategies to develop diverse, high-quality pipelines for both technical
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — coaching on interview techniques, calibrating
• Manage the candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring timely communication and strong employer
• Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with compensation/People teams on competitive packages

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across GTM and Technology in a SaaS environment
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple profiles and levels from ICs to leadership
• Ability to manage high volume requisitions while maintaining quality
• Strong consultative and influencing skills; comfortable pushing back on process and hiring managers
• Skilled in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound campaigns) and
• Data-driven mindset with experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools (Greenhouse a strong
