📋 Description

• Scale engineering teams across Delhi and Bangalore; own recruiting ops.
• Partner with engineers and global TA to hire technical talent.
• Manage full lifecycle for technical/engineering roles.
• Source, engage, screen talent using sourcing tools.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Guide candidates from outreach to offer acceptance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 - 6 years in technical recruiting.
• Experience hiring software/engineering talent.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and similar tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast pace.
• Experience with ATS; Ashby experience is a plus.
