• Own end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions.
• Partner with executives to understand talent needs and workforce plans.

• Drive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Ensure high-quality, consistent candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruitment experience in business/corporate functions.
• Experience recruiting for Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR or Exec roles.
• Fintech/electronic payments/digital banking/tech or high-growth startups preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives.
• Data-driven, highly organized with excellent English communication.
