📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years recruitment experience in business/corporate functions.
  • Experience recruiting for Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, HR or Exec roles.
  • Fintech/electronic payments/digital banking/tech or high-growth startups preferred.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management.
  • Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives.
  • Data-driven, highly organized with excellent English communication.
