🎯 Requirements

5+ years full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably at a SaaS company.
Proven track record hiring across UK and EU markets.
Strong knowledge of product, engineering, and design roles and trends.
Familiarity with EU/UK tech job markets.
Skilled in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier R&D professionals.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; proficient with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other
