📋 Description

• Own and moderate the entire hiring process from vacancy launch to candidate start date, syncing
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role profiles and set must-have requirements
• Run autonomous full-cycle recruiting for Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and C-level roles
• Conduct HR interviews assessing motivation, seniority, leadership, and business context fit
• Build and adapt hiring strategy using market data and compensation availability
• Collaborate with sourcers to guide search direction and adjust sourcing strategy

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in recruiting, including Product IT experience
• Track record of closing Product, Marketing, Senior, Head, and/or C-level roles
• Strong autonomous full-cycle recruiting experience (kickoff to offer)
• Creative candidate search methods and non-standard channels
• Data-driven recruiting with funnel analytics and strategy adjustments
• Modering end-to-end hiring process with stakeholder management and market advice
