📋 Description

• Plan, develop and implement talent acquisition strategy in the company;
• Take ownership and manage recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent via channels for high-volume
• Ensure the best candidate experience throughout attraction, recruitment and onboarding;
• Identify and engage with top talent locally and internationally;
• Conduct thorough, fair interviews and manage expectations of candidates;
• Develop external knowledge of labor markets to advise internal stakeholders;

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a large company;
• Experience with high-volume recruitment;
• Experience in analyzing complex recruitment data;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
• Expertise in labor market, digital recruitment channels, selection tools;
• Strong strategic mindset and analytical thinking;
