Senior Talent Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs across Coinbase
• Lead cross-functional program execution with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People
• Build scalable interviewer enablement programs with scorecards and structured interviews
• Drive change management for new selection programs with enablement materials and adoption tracking
• Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics and iterate on evaluation criteria
• Shape talent evaluation methodology by researching new assessment tools and vendor solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in HR program management, talent operations, or HR consulting
• Track record managing multiple cross-functional programs with detailed project plans
• Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes or evaluation frameworks
• Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness and KPIs
• Background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods
• Experience applying selection science to talent evaluation design
