  • Fast-paced, high-volume hiring experience with quality.
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels globally.
  • Strong data skills to track, analyse, and present metrics.
  • Familiarity with US employment laws and immigration compliance.
  • High emotional intelligence with excellent communication and ownership.
