Senior Talent Specialist - GTM

📋 Description

• Hands-on recruitment across regions and functions
• End-to-end sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast roles and meet hiring goals
• Build scalable recruitment processes across markets
• Maintain ATS, provide candidate experience aligned to Halter culture
• Represent Halter at events and in the market to strengthen talent brand

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth/global tech
• Experience recruiting GTM roles (sales and marketing) a plus
• Proven ability to scale teams across multiple regions
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-level reporting
• Deep knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels
• Familiarity with Australian employment laws and compliance
