Senior Tax Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist the Tax Manager with the preparation of supporting workpapers and submission of indirect tax
• Prepare, review, and maintain sales and use tax account reconciliations and other tax-related
• Assist with the annual financial statement process, including reconciliations, journal entries, and
• Manage indirect tax audits, notices, and controversy matters, including gathering documentation and
• Monitor state and local tax legislation for changes and drive implementation of necessary changes
• Partner cross-functionally with business teams to support tax requirements for new products and

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in U.S. sales and use tax, including compliance, reconciliations, and audit
• Experience preparing supporting workpapers, maintaining tax records, and coordinating with internal
• Ability to research indirect tax issues and apply findings to operations and compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with large data sets and transaction-level information in Excel
