Senior Tax Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist US indirect tax filings and prepare supporting workpapers
• Maintain tax account reconciliations and month-end close support
• Support annual financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage indirect tax audits, notices, and responses
• Maintain state sales tax records, notices, and portal activity
• Monitor tax legislation changes and drive implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in corporate tax; public accounting a plus
• Strong multi-state sales and use tax knowledge
• Experience with tax reconciliations, workpapers, close support
• Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in Excel with strong analytical skills
