📋 Description

• Analyze employee data and performance
• Manage employee expectations and requests
• Work with internal systems (JIRA, TTS, WIKI, Evo Desk, NEVOS, etc.)
• Partner with HR for accountability and disciplinary actions
• Conduct routine floor walks within the studio
• Foster culture of performance excellence

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years supervising or managing others
• 2+ years optimizing studio operations with Lean/Six Sigma
• Experience in casino environment preferred
• Experience managing 100+ employees
• Strong quality improvement track record
