📋 Description

• Lead multiple Content Protection Operations (CPro) teams to meet SLA, quality, and compliance
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of multiple workstreams in copyright infringement and legal claims.
• Drive workforce planning, governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Legal, Content Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, HR, and others.
• Ensure readiness for new initiatives, policy changes, and business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Legal Management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in Content Protection Operations or related domain (12+ months internal for internal
• Leadership experience managing Team Leaders or multiple teams in BPO/global ops.
• Strong knowledge of copyright regulations, DRM, and compliance governance.
• Proven track record delivering SLA, quality, CF/QD, AHT, and operational metrics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
