Senior TAM focused on data analysis and customer empowerment
Provide cost intelligence observations and guidance on AI ROI journeys
Engage in strategic conversations on resource usage, tagging, COGS, and unit cost trends
Collaborate with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to represent the customer voice
Lead initiatives to onboard customers and enable continuous improvement
Mentor other TAMs and build scalable solutions

🎯 Requirements

3+ years consulting on AWS, GCP, and/or Azure
3+ years as TAM/DevOps or related role in B2B SaaS
Strong data skills including Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)
Experience building BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, Domo)
Expert in SQL; tagging/labeling strategies
Certifications in cloud and FinOps are a plus
