📋 Description

• Strategic TAM role focusing on Workforce Identity for large enterprises.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor across multiple industries.
• Lead relationship with customers to align identity strategies with business goals.
• Drive deployment strategies and elevate customer technical maturity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design identity solutions.
• Travel as needed for onboarding and in-person engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in related roles or 6+ years with master’s degree.
• 3+ years as TAM or similar (technical consultant, PM, or solution architect).
• 3+ years in identity & access management (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, security best practices).
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, IT or related; certifications such as Okta Certified or CISSP
• Technical mastery in Workforce Identity and Okta features to address customer use cases.
• Strong communication and leadership, with ability to influence at CxO level.

🎁 Benefits
